All the vegetables, eggs, olive oil and strawberries will come from Soul Food Farm or neighboring farms. The meal also features Llano Seco heirloom beans, grown near Chico, California, chicken from Big Bluff Ranch near Red Bluff, California, and LeftCoast Grassfed beef from Pescadero, California. The menu is created by Alexis Koefoed at Soul Food Farm and the dinner chef, Anne Goffin.

Learn about regenerative farming during a thoughtful dinner discussion led by Holistic Management Field Professional Spencer Smith. Reflect on the power of the consumer to heal land by supporting regenerative farmers. Ideate about how to increase demand for food and fiber grown in a way that creates vibrant landscapes instead of barren land.
