The Jefferson Center for Holistic Management and the Napa Grass Farmer are teaming up to offer a Savory Institute accredited one-day holistic management workshop at the Napa Grass Farmer Headquarters in Fairfield, California. The Napa Grass Farmer models regenerative meat production and openly shares tools, techniques and practices with those seeking their own holistic operation.

Register in advance online for $100. Pay at the door for $110. Please, if possible, register in advance so we can prepare to provide food for all attendees.

Meals & Wine Social:

Breakfast treats, coffee, water and lunch will be provided for all attendees. Stay after the workshop to join us  for a wine social.


Attire and details:

Please plan on wearing comfortable clothing, hats and boots appropriate for field walks and getting dirty. We will spend a portion of the day outside examining ecosystem processes in the field and learning how to read the land through a holistic context.
